About this event
Peak of the shellfish - This solitary Munro above Loch Quoich makes for the perfect winter's hike. In favourable winter conditions this solitary Munro makes for the ideal venue to break out the crampons and ice axe and enjoy a relatively easy-going romp. This Munro is infrequently visited, particularly in winter, meaning that you won't have to share the sensational summit views! To the north it is possible to see the whole length of the South Glen Shiel Ridge and out the west, the views over to the mountains of Knoydart and the sea beyond are staggering. Additional Information Maximum Group size is 6 and online booking is available on the following dates: Wednesday 14th February 24 All participants will require an ice axe and crampons (not micro-spikes). If you do not have your own equipment then I do have a limited supply available to hire at a small additional charge of £10. Please drop us an email with your requirements. Equipment can also be hired locally.
